Cultural diplomacy has been evolved as a powerful and effective tool in order to ameliorate country’s image the international audience. Consequently, it gives opportunity for countries promote foreign policy’s goals achieve standing system. The present paper, after attempting define notion of cultural diplomacy, focuses on case France. In fact, some important actors that are part French network mentioned. particular, related fields language, education, cinema media explored this policy brief. It is concluded France followed successful can inspire other countries.
